DIRECTIONS:
Your assignment is to search the available online databases and find two different articles related to your chosen topic for the December Health Fair. The suggested list of online databases to use is as follows:
Each article must be current (within the last three years), at least one page in length, and a high school reading level or above.
Every one of these databases has an ADVANCED SEARCH option by which you can limit the years of the articles in your results.
Each one of these databases has a PRINTER-FRIENDLY option. Please use that to help save paper and ink.
After reading each article, complete the following questions for each one. Typed answers are preferred, but not required.
You may copy and paste the following into a word document to organize your answers.

- Briefly summarize the article. What is it about? (One paragraph, 4-5 sentences)
- What is the main point of the article? Why did the author write it?
- List 10 of the most important pieces of information from the article.
- Does the author primarily use up-to-date facts, opinions, or a combination of both to support his/her point of view? Give 2-3 specific examples in your answer.
- Do you agree or disagree with the author’s point of view? Why or why not? Back up your answer with SPECIFIC reasons.
- Include a FULL citation (reference) for each article. (Note: many of these databases provide you with a citation).
Staple the article to your answers. You will hand in both articles and two sets of answers. Completed work will be graded and is due at the end of class.
