Country Poster Project

You will be working in groups to make a poster that contains information about a Spanish-speaking country.  You will create the poster together and then present it to the class.  You will be given the paper for the project.  The poster should be neat, colored in and have all the information listed.  ***For extra credit, you can bring in food or items from your country.

Chose a person.  Note: Those with photographs have a camera icon next to the listing.   If you are searching from home, you will need a public library card number to type into the webpage.  If you don't have one, ask the library for help.

Use http://www.images.google.com.  Type in your country and the word, landmark.  You may find the best information in a tourist site for this part of the project.

Fascinating facts about your animal

Ainimal Info's page at http://www.animalinfo.org/countind.htm which lists rare, threatened and endangered mammals found in that country.

 

SPORT

Popular sport played in your country.

 

FAMOUS DISH

This should be a dish native to your country.  Give the Spanish name, what is in it, and when/where it is eaten.
